Returns, Cancellations and Exchange

Return Policy

You can raise a return and refund request from Return & Exchange button from menu bar within 7 days of delivery. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned.

Step 2 - Search your order ID/AWB number and Click on Request Return option and fill in the required details to request return.




How are returns processed?
Once you request to return, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.


Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched on whatsapp. Simply click the whatsapp button on the website and intimate the order ID you want to cancel. Once the order is processed and marked RTD, you can refuse to accept or raise a return request to return the order.
Fourfolds reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.

For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
Please Note : 100% Order amount is refunded and no shipping charges are deducted if the item has passed the QC process as mentioned above.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 24 Hours incase of cancellation of an order.In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 5-8 days after the return has been picked up.

Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange using return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
